
Ingredients:
• 2 cups – Mushrooms (chopped)
• 3 – Whole Wheat slices (cubed)
• 1 – Onion (chopped)
• 1 cup – Milk
• 1/2 cup – Low fat Cream
• Water (as per need)
• Salt
• Pepper powder
• 1 tbsp – Kasuri Methi
• Olive oil
Method:
- Heat olive oil and saute the chopped onions until they turn translucent.
- Immediately add the chopped mushrooms.
- Saute for a few minutes.
- Add the milk, cream, salt, pepper powder and cook everything on a low flame until the mushrooms get cooked.
- Finally, add the cubed bread slices, kasuri methi and water.
- Bring to boil and turn off the stove.
- Blend the soup in to a coarse paste and serve hot.
