
Ingredients:
• 1 lb – Chicken (boneless)
• 1/2 cup – Mushrooms (sliced)
• 1 tbsp – ginger-garlic paste
• 3 tbsp – soya sauce
• 1- large Onion (chopped)
• 2 – Green chillies (sliced)
• 1/4 cup – green Onions (chopped)
• 1/2 tsp – chilli powder
• 1 tsp – cumin powder
• 3 tbsp – oil
• Salt to taste
Method:
- Fry onions and chillies in hot oil.
- Add ginger-garlic paste to it. Fry for a minute.
- Now add the diced chicken and cook with salt and chilli powder. Fry for 3 minutes.
- Add the sliced mushrooms and rest of the ingredients except green onions and cook till done.
- Stir-fry continuously for 5 minutes.
- Garnish with green onions and serve hot.
