
Ingredients:
• 250 g – horse gram( choliya)
• 250g – minced Mushroom
• 2 tsp – chopped Garlic
• 1/2 cup – chopped Onion
• 2 cup – chopped Tomatoes
• 2 tsp – chopped Green chilli
• 1 tsp – grated Ginger
• 1 tsp – Turmeric powder
• 2 tsp – coriander powder
• 1 tsp – Garam Masala
• 1 tsp – Red Chilli powder
• salt to taste
• 2 tsp – Butter
• 4 tsp – Olive oil
Method:
- Heat oil in a pan and add chopped garlic, onion, ginger.
- Saute for a minute ( let it remain kacha paka or partially cooked ).
- Add all spices and salt, stir and add chilli and tomatoes.
- To this add washed horse gram and stir, cover the lid till horse gram are cooked( stir frequently).
- Now add mushrooms and open the lid.
- Mushroom will leave water so stir repeatedly till the water evaporates and the oil comes out.
- Garnish with coriander and butter.
- Serve with naan or rice.
