
Ingredients:
• 2 cups – chopped Mushroom
• 1 – egg, beaten
• 2 tbsp – Butter
• 1/4 tsp – Ginger paste
• 1/4 tsp – Garlic paste
• 1/4 cup – chopped Celery
• 1/4 tsp – Basil
• 1/4 tsp – pepper powder
• 1/4 cup – chopped Spring onion
• Salt as per taste
• 8 – fish fillets
• For Garnishing:
• 1/4 tsp – Oregano
• 2 cups – fresh bread crumbs
Method:
- Heat butter in a pan. Saute mushrooms till water evaporates.
- Remove from fire and let it cook in its steam.
- Add all the ingredients except the fillets.
- Mix it well.
- Put the fillets in a greased baking dish. Top with the mushroom mixture.
- Garnish with breadcrumbs and oregano. Cover the dish with foil.
- Bake at 300 C for 15 mins.
- Remove the foil and bake again till the coating is golden brown and fillets are crisp.
- Serve with ketchup and chips.
