
Ingredients:
• 10 – button Mushroom
• 1 cup – gram flour
• 2 tsp – all purpose flour
• 1 tsp – dried Pomegranate seeds(powder)
• 1 tsp – carom seeds
• salt to taste
• 1 tsp – paprika
• 1 tsp – amchur powder(dried Mango powder)
• 1 tsp – chaat masala
Method:
- Wash and cook moth in 3 glass water with 1/2 tsp of salt for 4 whistles in a pressure cooker.
- Take 1/2 bowl of boiled dal, smash it and keep it aside.
- Heat ghee in a pan, add cumin seeds and with the sound of crackling add grated ginger and garlic.
- Saute and wait till it becomes golden.
- Add chopped onions.
- Saute for 5 mins till they are light golden, add all spices and salt and stir it.
- Now add chopped chillies and tomatoes.
- Stir and cook till oil comes out.
- Now add the dal which we kept aside.
- Stir continuously till ghee comes out from edges.
- Add this masala to the boiled dal .
- Cook the dal for 10 mins to mix the masala and adding flavours in it.
- Remove from the heat, add garam masala and chopped coriander leaves.
- Serve hot with rice and chapatti.
