Ingredients:

• 2 cups – chopped Mushroom
• 1 – egg, beaten
• 2 tbsp – Butter
• 1/4 tsp – Ginger paste
• 1/4 tsp – Garlic paste
• 1/4 cup – chopped Celery
• 1/4 tsp – Basil
• 1/4 tsp – pepper powder
• 1/4 cup – chopped Spring onion
• Salt to taste
• 8 – fish fillets
• For garnishing:
• 1/4 tsp – Oregano
• 2 cups – fresh bread crumbs

Method:

  1. Heat butter in pan.
  2. Add mushrooms and saute till water evaporates.
  3. Remove from fire.
  4. Add all the ingredients except fillets. Mix well.
  5. Place the fillets in a greased baking dish.
  6. Top with mushroom mixture.
  7. Garnish with breadcrumbs and oregano.
  8. Cover the dish with foil.
  9. Bake at 300 degrees centigrade for 15 mins till golden brown.
  10. Serve with ketchup and chips.
