Ingredients:
• 2 cups – chopped Mushroom
• 1 – egg, beaten
• 2 tbsp – Butter
• 1/4 tsp – Ginger paste
• 1/4 tsp – Garlic paste
• 1/4 cup – chopped Celery
• 1/4 tsp – Basil
• 1/4 tsp – pepper powder
• 1/4 cup – chopped Spring onion
• Salt to taste
• 8 – fish fillets
• For garnishing:
• 1/4 tsp – Oregano
• 2 cups – fresh bread crumbs
Method:
- Heat butter in pan.
- Add mushrooms and saute till water evaporates.
- Remove from fire.
- Add all the ingredients except fillets. Mix well.
- Place the fillets in a greased baking dish.
- Top with mushroom mixture.
- Garnish with breadcrumbs and oregano.
- Cover the dish with foil.
- Bake at 300 degrees centigrade for 15 mins till golden brown.
- Serve with ketchup and chips.
