
Ingredients:
• 2 cups – chopped Mushroom
• 1/2 cup – chopped hard-boiled Egg
• 2 tbsp – chopped Onion
• 1/4 tsp – Oregano
• 1/8 tsp – pepper powder
• 1 tsp – oil
• 4 slices – brown bread
Method:
- Heat oil in a pan. Saute chopped mushrooms, till tender.
- Remove, drain and keep aside.
- In the same pan, saute onion till tender
- Remove from fire.
- Add mushrooms, pepper powder and oregano.
- Pass the mixture through grinder.
- Add chopped eggs.
- In a greased oven-proof dish, place the bread slices.
- Spread the mushroom mixture over it.
- Bake for 35 mins at 350 degrees C
- Serve with toasted bread.
