Ingredients:
• 250 g – Mushrooms
• 5 to 6 – bread slices
• salt as per taste
• oil for frying
Method:
- Wash, cut and boil the mushroom.
- Grind them in the mixer, making a thick paste.
- Soak the bread (torn into pieces) in water and squeeze out the excess.
- Add it to mushroom paste.
- Add salt and make a tough dough.
- Make small balls.
- Deep fry.
