Ingredients:
• 150 g – Mushrooms
• 150 g – Paneer cubes
• 3 – onions, chopped finely
• 3/4 cup – Tomato puree
• 1/2 tbsp – Ginger paste
• 1/2 tbsp – Garlic paste
• 5 – green chillies, chopped
• 2 tbsp – oil
• 1/4 cup – Milk
• Salt to taste
• Chopped Coriander leaves for garnishing
• 1/2 tsp – Turmeric powder
• 1 tsp – coriander powder
• 1 tsp – cumin powder
• 1 tsp – Garam Masala
• 1/2 tsp – Red Chilli powder
Method:
- Heat oil in a pan.
- Add ginger and garlic paste and simmer for 5 mins.
- Add onion pieces and fry till golden brown.
- Add the mixed powder and simmer for a minute.
- Add green chillies and salt. Simmer for 5 mins.
- Add sliced mushrooms and cook on low flame.
- Add tomato puree and mix well.
- Add milk and paneer pieces.
- Cook till gravy thickens.
- Garnish with coriander leaves.
- Serve hot.
