Ingredients:

• 150 g – Mushrooms
• 150 g – Paneer cubes
• 3 – onions, chopped finely
• 3/4 cup – Tomato puree
• 1/2 tbsp – Ginger paste
• 1/2 tbsp – Garlic paste
• 5 – green chillies, chopped
• 2 tbsp – oil
• 1/4 cup – Milk
• Salt to taste
• Chopped Coriander leaves for garnishing
• 1/2 tsp – Turmeric powder
• 1 tsp – coriander powder
• 1 tsp – cumin powder
• 1 tsp – Garam Masala
• 1/2 tsp – Red Chilli powder

Method:

  1. Heat oil in a pan.
  2. Add ginger and garlic paste and simmer for 5 mins.
  3. Add onion pieces and fry till golden brown.
  4. Add the mixed powder and simmer for a minute.
  5. Add green chillies and salt. Simmer for 5 mins.
  6. Add sliced mushrooms and cook on low flame.
  7. Add tomato puree and mix well.
  8. Add milk and paneer pieces.
  9. Cook till gravy thickens.
  10. Garnish with coriander leaves.
  11. Serve hot.
