Ingredients:
• 225 g – mushrooms, chopped
• 150 g – Yoghurt
• 50 g – Butter
• 1 – medium onion, finely chopped
• black pepper, freshly ground
• chopped Parsley
• salt
Method:
- Fry the mushrooms and onions in the butter until they are soft. Drain and cool.
- Mix mushrooms, onion, yogurt, salt and pepper.
- Chill for 30 mins before serving garnished with chopped parsley.
- Serve as a salad or as a starter with bread.
