Ingredients:

• 225 g – mushrooms, chopped
• 150 g – Yoghurt
• 50 g – Butter
• 1 – medium onion, finely chopped
• black pepper, freshly ground
• chopped Parsley
• salt

Method:

  1. Fry the mushrooms and onions in the butter until they are soft. Drain and cool.
  2. Mix mushrooms, onion, yogurt, salt and pepper.
  3. Chill for 30 mins before serving garnished with chopped parsley.
  4. Serve as a salad or as a starter with bread.
