Ingredients:

• 1/2 kg – Mushrooms cut into medium pieces
• 1/2 cup – shrimps
• 1.5 cup – onions, finely chopped
• 1 – Green chilli finely chopped
• 1 tsp – chilli powder
• 1/2 tsp – Turmeric powder
• 1.25 tsp – coriander powder
• 1/2 tsp – cumin powder
• 1 – small piece of Ginger
• 8 – flakes of Garlic
• 2 – black Cardamoms
• 2 – white Cardamoms
• 1 – Cinnamon stick
• 2 – Cloves
• 1/4 cup – refined oil
• 2 tbsp – chopped Coriander leaves
• Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Grind ginger and garlic finely and keep aside.
  2. Pound cardamoms, cinnamon and cloves.
  3. In a heavy-bottomed pan, heat oil.
  4. Add the ground lump of ginger and garlic.
  5. Add the pounded spices, chilli, turmeric, coriander and cumin.
  6. Add the chopped green chilli, onions and shrimps.
  7. Add ginger and saute.
  8. Add the chopped mushrooms and salt to taste. Stir for 3-4 mins.
  9. Cook till mushrooms and shrimp are tender.
  10. Garnish with chopped coriander.
  11. Serve hot with phulkas.
