
Ingredients:
• 1/2 kg – Mushrooms cut into medium pieces
• 1/2 cup – shrimps
• 1.5 cup – onions, finely chopped
• 1 – Green chilli finely chopped
• 1 tsp – chilli powder
• 1/2 tsp – Turmeric powder
• 1.25 tsp – coriander powder
• 1/2 tsp – cumin powder
• 1 – small piece of Ginger
• 8 – flakes of Garlic
• 2 – black Cardamoms
• 2 – white Cardamoms
• 1 – Cinnamon stick
• 2 – Cloves
• 1/4 cup – refined oil
• 2 tbsp – chopped Coriander leaves
• Salt to taste
Method:
- Grind ginger and garlic finely and keep aside.
- Pound cardamoms, cinnamon and cloves.
- In a heavy-bottomed pan, heat oil.
- Add the ground lump of ginger and garlic.
- Add the pounded spices, chilli, turmeric, coriander and cumin.
- Add the chopped green chilli, onions and shrimps.
- Add ginger and saute.
- Add the chopped mushrooms and salt to taste. Stir for 3-4 mins.
- Cook till mushrooms and shrimp are tender.
- Garnish with chopped coriander.
- Serve hot with phulkas.
