Ingredients:
• 15 – litchis, peeled and deseeded
• 1/3 – medium muskmelon, peeled and diced
• 2 or 3 drops – vanilla essence
• 2 tsp – Sugar
• 2 or 3 pinches – salt
• 500 ml – chilled water
Method:
- Discard any brown parts of the litchi flesh.
- Put all the ingredients into an electric blender.
- Run, till mixture is very smooth.
- Add water, run again, till mixture is smooth and frothy.
- Pour into 3 individual glasses.
- Chill, till required.
