
Ingredients:
• 2 thick slices – ripe muskmelon, chopped
• 1 thin slice – ripe muskmelon, finely chopped
• 150 ml – milk, chilled well
• 1 tbsp – Sugar
• 1 scoop – vanilla ice Cream
• 1/2 cup – crushed ice
Method:
- Place muskmelon chunks in an electric blender.
- Add sugar and blend till smooth.
- Add vanilla ice cream.
- Blend again. Add crushed ice and blend, till ice breaks.
- Add milk and blend well, till frothy.
- Pour into tall chilled glasses.
- Add a few pieces of finely chopped melon to each glass.
- Serve immediately while still frothy.
