Ingredients:

• 2 thick slices – ripe muskmelon, chopped
• 1 thin slice – ripe muskmelon, finely chopped
• 150 ml – milk, chilled well
• 1 tbsp – Sugar
• 1 scoop – vanilla ice Cream
• 1/2 cup – crushed ice

Method:

  1. Place muskmelon chunks in an electric blender.
  2. Add sugar and blend till smooth.
  3. Add vanilla ice cream.
  4. Blend again. Add crushed ice and blend, till ice breaks.
  5. Add milk and blend well, till frothy.
  6. Pour into tall chilled glasses.
  7. Add a few pieces of finely chopped melon to each glass.
  8. Serve immediately while still frothy.
