Ingredients:

• 2 – big green Tomatoes
• 1 – small onion, chopped
• 1/2 tsp – Ginger paste
• 1/2 tsp – Garlic paste
• 2 tbsp – mustard paste
• 1/4 tsp – Dhania or Jeera powder
• 2 tbsp – oil
• salt and Sugar – according to taste
• 2 tsp – Red Chilli powder
• a few chopped Dhania patta

Method:

  1. Cut tomatoes into medium-sized pieces.
  2. Now, take a pan or kadai. Heat the oil.
  3. Add the chopped onion. Fry till light brown.
  4. Then, add the ginger and garlic paste. Fry for a few minutes.
  5. Now, add all dry spices. Fry it for a few more seconds.
  6. Then, add tomato. Fry till it is light soft.
  7. Now, add mustard paste. Keep stirring in between.
  8. Now, add water (if required). Cook it for a few more minutes.
  9. Garnish it with chopped dhania patta.
  10. And serve it with hot rice or roti.
