Ingredients:
• 1/2 kg – Mutton
• A bunch of coriander (more than a handful, well chopped)
• 4-5 – Red Chillies
• 1 tbsp – pepper powder
• 1 tbsp – ginger-garlic paste
• 2 – Onions
• 1 -tomato
• 3-4 – Potatoes
• 2 tbsp – oil
• Salt to taste
Method:
- Pressure cook the mutton for 3-4 whistles. Keep aside. Heat oil and fry the onions for a while. Then add ginger-garlic paste and fry a little longer.
- Make a paste out of coriander, red chillies, pepper powder, tomato and fried onions (from step 1 ).
- Take a wok, add the paste and heat well. Keep stirring until paste thickens and raw smell disappears.
- Add some water and mutton pieces along with potatoes and cook for 20 mins.
- Stir once in a while and add water if you require a little extra gravy.
