Ingredients:

• 200 g – Mutton mince
• 4 – onions, finely chopped
• 1 slice – raw papaya, finely chopped
• 2 – green chillies, ground to a paste
• Salt to taste
• 3 tbsp – Rice flour
• Oil for frying

Method:

  1. Mix the mutton mince, onions, chopped papaya, chilly paste, rice flour and salt and keep aside for 1/2 hour.
  2. In a kadai, heat oil. Make small flattened balls and deep-fry till dark brown.
  3. Take off from heat and place on tissue paper to drain off excess oil.
  4. Serve hot with mint chutney and sliced onion.
