Ingredients:

• 500 gms – Mutton mince
• 2 tbsp – Ginger paste
• 2 tbsp – Garlic paste
• 1 tbsp – Green chilli paste
• 3 tbsp – Raw papaya paste
• 2 tbsp – Flour of roasted split chick peas
• 1 tsp – Red Chilli powder
• 1/2 tsp – Garam Masala powder
• A pinch Mace powder
• Salt to taste
• Oil for shallow frying

Method:

  1. Mix all the ingredients well, except the oil, in a bowl.
  2. Run the mixture through a food processor or through a mincer, just once.
  3. Refrigerate for 15 minutes.
  4. Mix well and make 10-12 patties with your hands.
  5. Smear a little oil on your hands if required.
  6. In a pan shallow fry in oil, till both sides are brown.
