Ingredients:

• 2 cups – fresh grated Coconut
• 1 cup – evaporated Milk
• 1/2 cup – Jaggery

Method:

  1. Mix grated coconut, milk and jaggery in a heavy bottomed vessel and cook on medium flame for 10 minutes. Turn down the flame and cook in sim until the liquid evaporates and the mix turns thick.
  2. Make little balls with the slightly warm mixture with your hands.
  3. Place on a plate and refrigerate for at least two hours.
