Ingredients:

• 3 cups – shredded Cabbage
• 2 cups – grated Carrots
• 2 onions, minced
• 1/2 cup – raisins, washed
• 2 cups – shredded cheese
• 1 tbsp – Vinegar
• 1 tbsp – Lemon juice
• 1 tbsp – oil
• Salt and pepper to taste

Method:

  1. Toss all vegetables together and add all seasonings.
  2. Cover with cheese and chill before serving.
