Ingredients:
• Ripe Avocado – 1
• Garlic Cloves – 2 nos
• Ginger – 1 inch root
• Tamarind – golf ball size
• Juice of ½ a Lime
• Unsweetened Desiccated Coconut – ¼ cup
• Green chillies – 4 to 6 nos essential)
• Water – 20 ml
• Salt – to taste
Method:
- Slit through all along the centre of the avocado, using a sharp knife edge, prick and gouge out the stone. Scoop out the flesh using a spoon.
- Peel and roughly chop the Ginger and Garlic.
- De-seed the tamarind.
- Blitz all ingredients in a grinder in bursts and is now ready to serve.
