Ingredients:

• 3 tbsp – cooking oil
• 2 – small Onions
• 800 g – Mutton
• 3 tsp – Garam Masala
• 2 tsp – Red Chilli powder
• 1 tsp – Turmeric
• Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Heat oil in a cooking pan. Add chopped onions and fry till golden brown.
  2. Now add meat and fry till it cooks well.
  3. Add garam masala, red chilli, turmeric powder and stir well. Cook for 3 mins.
  4. Add salt.
  5. Now pour some water and cook for 5-8 mins.
  6. Serve hot with rice.
