
Ingredients:
• 1 litre – puffed Rice (murmure)
• 1 – tomato, chopped finely
• 1 slice – raw mango, chopped finely
• 1 – small onion, chopped finely
• 1 tbsp – coriander leaves, chopped finely
• 1 tsp – green all purpose chutney
• 1 tbsp – Tamarind chutney
• 1 tbsp – fresh curds
• salt to taste
Method:
- Mix puffed rice, curds and salt. Keep aside for 2-3 mins.
- Add all other ingredients, except half coriander. Mix well with a large spoon or hand.
- Transfer into three individual bowls.
- Garnish with remaining coriander, serve immediately.
