Ingredients:

• 3 – drumsticks, cut to finger length pieces
• 2 – onions, chopped
• 2 – tomatoes, chopped very small
• 2 tbsp – fresh grated Coconut
• 1 tsp – Ginger Garlic paste
• 1/2 tsp – Cinnamon powder
• 6 – Cloves
• Coriander leaves – a handful, chopped very small
• 1/2 tsp – chilli powder
• Salt as per taste

Method:

  1. On a very low flame, cook drumsticks in 4 cups of water till they are half done.
  2. Add all the remaining ingredients mix well and continue to cook till onions and tomatoes become very soft and soggy.
  3. Close the lid and pressure cook for 1 whistle.
  4. Serve.
