
Ingredients:
• 3 – drumsticks, cut to finger length pieces
• 2 – onions, chopped
• 2 – tomatoes, chopped very small
• 2 tbsp – fresh grated Coconut
• 1 tsp – Ginger Garlic paste
• 1/2 tsp – Cinnamon powder
• 6 – Cloves
• Coriander leaves – a handful, chopped very small
• 1/2 tsp – chilli powder
• Salt as per taste
Method:
- On a very low flame, cook drumsticks in 4 cups of water till they are half done.
- Add all the remaining ingredients mix well and continue to cook till onions and tomatoes become very soft and soggy.
- Close the lid and pressure cook for 1 whistle.
- Serve.
