Ingredients:

• 2 Cups – Rice flour
• 1.5 cups – Brown sugar
• 2 tbsp – Red chori (Optional)
• 4 – Cardamom
• 3 inch piece – Coconut, cut it into small pieces

Method:

  1. Dry roast the rice flour in medium heat till all the moisture is gone (approx 15 minutes).
  2. Cook the red chori separately till it is soft.
  3. Boil 2 cups of water, add the brown sugar.
  4. When it dissolves add the rice flour, 2 tsp oil and mix well without any lumps.
  5. Add cardamom, cooked red chori, coconut and cook it in low heat for about 3-4 minutes.
  6. Take a small portion of the batter roll it out like a chapatti with medium thickness of 4 inch diameter. Steam it in the cooker for 5 minutes without the weight.
  7. Serve it hot with butter.
