Ingredients:
• 2 cups – Boiled noodles (chopped)
• 1 – Medium Onion (chopped)
• 3-4 – Fresh Green chillies (chopped)
• 4 tbsp – Fresh coriander (chopped)
• 1 tsp – Monosodium Glutamate
• 1/2 tsp – Pepper powder
• 2 tbsp – Corn flour
• 2 tbsp – Gram flour
• 1/2 tsp – Baking soda
• Salt to taste.
• Oil for deep frying
Method:
- Mix all the above ingredients to form a very soft dough.
- Heat oil in a frying pan.
- When hot, scoop out spoonful of the dough and deep fry them till golden brown and crisp.
- Serve hot with tomato sauce.
