Ingredients:

• 1/2 bunch – Palak
• 2 – medium sized russet Potatoes
• 6 to 7 – Red Chillies
• 7 to 8 – Garlic Cloves
• 1/2 tsp – mustard
• 2 tbsp – oil
• Salt

Method:

  1. Bake the potatoes in the microwave. Cut into medium sized pieces and keep aside.
  2. Wash and chop palak. Keep aside.
  3. Peel and cut garlic cloves into halves.
  4. Break the chillies into small pieces.
  5. Heat oil in a saucepan. Add mustard. Let it crackle.
  6. Then add garlic. Saute well till light brown.
  7. Add chillies. Saute well again (till chillies change colour).
  8. Now, add the potatoes and saute till they change colour and are slightly crisp.
  9. Add palak and salt.
  10. Cook till palak is done (about 10-15 mins).
