Ingredients:
• 1/2 bunch – Palak
• 2 – medium sized russet Potatoes
• 6 to 7 – Red Chillies
• 7 to 8 – Garlic Cloves
• 1/2 tsp – mustard
• 2 tbsp – oil
• Salt
Method:
- Bake the potatoes in the microwave. Cut into medium sized pieces and keep aside.
- Wash and chop palak. Keep aside.
- Peel and cut garlic cloves into halves.
- Break the chillies into small pieces.
- Heat oil in a saucepan. Add mustard. Let it crackle.
- Then add garlic. Saute well till light brown.
- Add chillies. Saute well again (till chillies change colour).
- Now, add the potatoes and saute till they change colour and are slightly crisp.
- Add palak and salt.
- Cook till palak is done (about 10-15 mins).
