Ingredients:
• 1 packet – Cauliflower soup
• Sesame seeds – 2 tsp
• Cream – 1 tbsp
• Curds – 1 tbsp
Method:
- Use one packet of soup. Add enough water as per instructions. Dissolve and keep aside.
- Lightly roast 2 tsp sesame seeds in a non-stick pan till aroma exudes.
- Keep aside half the seeds for garnishing. Place the other half in a small electric mixie.
- Run the mixie dry to powder the seeds
- Add 1 tbsp cream, 1 tbsp curds, run till smooth and keep aside till required.
- Heat contents of packet, stirring them continuously to bring them to a boil.
- Simmer for 4-5 mins till cooked.
- Add ground paste, stir and heat till well blended. Do not bring again to a boil.
- Add ground pepper powder and salt to taste.
- Serve hot with a few toasted sesame seeds. Sprinkle over the soup.
