Ingredients:

• 1 packet – Cauliflower soup
• Sesame seeds – 2 tsp
• Cream – 1 tbsp
• Curds – 1 tbsp

Method:

  1. Use one packet of soup. Add enough water as per instructions. Dissolve and keep aside.
  2. Lightly roast 2 tsp sesame seeds in a non-stick pan till aroma exudes.
  3. Keep aside half the seeds for garnishing. Place the other half in a small electric mixie.
  4. Run the mixie dry to powder the seeds
  5. Add 1 tbsp cream, 1 tbsp curds, run till smooth and keep aside till required.
  6. Heat contents of packet, stirring them continuously to bring them to a boil.
  7. Simmer for 4-5 mins till cooked.
  8. Add ground paste, stir and heat till well blended. Do not bring again to a boil.
  9. Add ground pepper powder and salt to taste.
  10. Serve hot with a few toasted sesame seeds. Sprinkle over the soup.
