
Ingredients:
• 3/4 cup – Sugar
• 1.5 tbsp – water
• 1/4 cup – chopped, almonds, cashews, pistas & Peanuts
Method:
- Melt the sugar in heavy bottom pan. Stir continuously till sugar browns a bit and melts fully. Now sprinkle water on it and stir. Boil for a minute. Add crushed nuts and stir.
- Serve immediately.
