Ingredients:

• 1 cup – rolled oats
• 2 cups – All-purpose flour
• 1cup – Packed Brown sugar
• 1 stick – Butter (room temperature)
• 2 – eggs
• 1/4 cup – Milk
• 2 – Ripe Bananas (mashed)
• 1/2 tsp – Baking soda
• 1/2 tsp – Baking powder
• 1 pinch – Salt

Method:

  1. Mix flour, oats, baking powder, baking soda, sugar and salt keep side.
  2. Beat butter, sugar and eggs together until they turn creamy and fluffy.
  3. Now add the mashed ripe bananas to the cream also the milk.
  4. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
  5. Add now the already prepared flour to the cream and mix everything well with a spatula.
  6. Pour the mixture into a greased loaf mould.
  7. Arrange the loaf pan in the middle rack and bake for an hour and 10 minutes.
  8. Insert a wooden pick in centre, if it comes out clean, the bread is done.
  9. Cool for 10 minutes and remove from the pan.
  10. Cool completely.
