
Ingredients:
• 1 cup – Oat flakes
• 2 and 1/4 tbsp – Corn starch
• 1 and 1/4 cups – whole Wheat flour
• 2 and 1/2 cups – water
• 1/2 cup – Canola Oil
• 1/4 cup – soy Milk
• 1 tsp – vanilla extract
• 1 tbsp – Sugar
• 1 tbsp – baking powder
• 1 tsp – Cinnamon
• 1/4 cup – Raisins
• 1/4 cup – Honey
• 1/4 tsp – salt
• | sliced Red Chillies
Method:
- Cook oats in water until soft.
- Add oil, soy milk, vanilla extract and beat until smooth.
- Combine all remaining ingredients except honey and stir into batter.
- Divide into two oiled loaf pans.
- Cook for 55-60 minutes at 350 degrees Centigrade.
- When slightly cooled but not cold, pour honey over bread and allow to soak in.
