Ingredients:

• 1/4 cup – rolled oats
• 1/4 cup – Quinoa
• 3 – Dry Red Chillies
• 1 tbsp – Urad Dal
• 2 tbsp – Channa dal
• 2 tbsp – Coriander seeds
• 1/4 tsp – Asafoetida powder
• 2 pinch – Turmeric powder
• Salt

Method:

  1. Dry roast the channa dal, urad dal and dry red chillies until they turn golden brown.
  2. Now add the coriander seeds and dry roast for a few minutes.
  3. Finally roast the quinoa and rolled oats for a few minutes along with asafoetida powder and turmeric powder.
  4. Add salt to the roasted ingredients and grind as a coarse powder.
