Ingredients:

• 1.5 cups – Wheat flour
• 1 cup – quick cooking rolled oats
• 1.5 tsp – Corn flour
• 1/2 tsp – baking soda
• 3/4 tsp – salt
• 1/2 tsp – pepper
• 1/2 tsp – Turmeric
• mixed herbs
• 1/2 tsp – dried Thyme
• 1/2 tsp – dried Oregano
• 1 tsp – dried Basil
• 1 tbsp – kasoori Methi
• 1 tbsp – sesame seeds
• 1 tsp – Cumin seeds
• Water as needed

Method:

  1. Coarsely grind the oats.
  2. Mix all the ingredients, add enough water and knead to make a firm and smooth dough.
  3. Roll out the dough into 2 mm thick rounds.
  4. Cut into desired shapes.
  5. Transfer the crackers to a foil lined baking tray
  6. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until lightly golden brown. Though the crackers will not be crisp when removed from oven, it will become crisp as it cools.
  7. Cool and store in an air-tight container.
