
Ingredients:
• 1.5 cups – Wheat flour
• 1 cup – quick cooking rolled oats
• 1.5 tsp – Corn flour
• 1/2 tsp – baking soda
• 3/4 tsp – salt
• 1/2 tsp – pepper
• 1/2 tsp – Turmeric
• mixed herbs
• 1/2 tsp – dried Thyme
• 1/2 tsp – dried Oregano
• 1 tsp – dried Basil
• 1 tbsp – kasoori Methi
• 1 tbsp – sesame seeds
• 1 tsp – Cumin seeds
• Water as needed
Method:
- Coarsely grind the oats.
- Mix all the ingredients, add enough water and knead to make a firm and smooth dough.
- Roll out the dough into 2 mm thick rounds.
- Cut into desired shapes.
- Transfer the crackers to a foil lined baking tray
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until lightly golden brown. Though the crackers will not be crisp when removed from oven, it will become crisp as it cools.
- Cool and store in an air-tight container.
