Ingredients:
• 1 cup – Oats
• 1 cup – Rice
• 1 cup – Curd
• salt to taste
• water
• oil
Method:
- Soak Oats in curd for 3-4 hrs.
- Soak rice in water for about 3-4 hrs.
- Grind soaked oats finely for about 5-10 mins.
- Grind rice finely for about 10-20 mins.
- Add sufficient water so that the batter is not thick.
- Let the batter ferment for about 8-10 hrs.
- Mix oats and rice batter with salt to taste.
- Add enough water to form dosa batter.
- Heat pan. Pour 1 ladle full of batter, spread evenly and roundly to cover the entire pan.
- After about 1/2 min, turn the dosa on the other side, pour about 1tsp oil on the side and let it roast equally on the both the sides.
- Served hot with coconut chutney.
