
Ingredients:
• 250g – Oats
• 2 tbsp – fine sooji/rawa
• 120g – Ghee
• 200(250)g – Sugar
• 150ml – Milk
• 1/2 tbsp – Chironji
• 1/2 tbsp – Cashewnuts bits, fried along with dried Grapes in 1/2 tsp of Ghee
• 2 tsp – dry Grapes
• 1/8 tsp – Saffron colour dissolved in a spoon of Milk
• 1/2 tsp – Cardamom powder
Method:
- Fry sooji in half a tsp of ghee and keep aside.
- Fry the oats in 1 tsp of ghee, remove and grind to a coarse powder. Keep aside.
- Boil milk with 250 ml of water, add oats powder and sooji. Then add sugar and stir continuously.
- Add ghee slowly while stirring to form a non-sticky mass.
- Finally, add nuts and cardamom powder, mix well and remove.
- Serve warm.
- It is a fiber rich, yummy sweet.
