
Ingredients:
• 1 – medium Tomato
• 1 – Carrot
• 5 – Spinach leaves
• 75 g – sliced black Olives
• 75 g – sliced green Olives
• 1/2 tsp – Vinegar
• 1 – green chilli, chopped
• Salt
Method:
- Dice the tomato, slice the carrot and chop the spinach.
- Take a bowl, add the spinach, olives, tomato, carrot and salt. Mix thoroughly, then add vinegar.
- Add to a serving bowl, garnish with chillies.
- Can also be serve chilled.
