Ingredients:

• 1 cup – thick Curd (tied for 1 hour)
• 1 cup – fresh Cream
• 1 onion, grated and juice pressed out
• 1 tsp finely chopped Basil or other herbs (assorted is also okay)
• 1 Spring onion greens and bulb, finely chopped
• 1 carrot, grated fine
• 1 tsp- white Vinegar
• 1 tsp- Sugar ground
• 1 green chilli, finely chopped
• salt to taste

Method:

  1. Beat together chilled cream and tied curd, till smooth.
  2. Add all other ingredients, except grated onion.
  3. Chill for an hour in fridge before serving.
  4. Just before serving add grated onion, mix.
  5. Serve chilled with veg. Crudites, toast, or soup sticks.
