
Ingredients:
• 200 g – Bengal Gram flour
• 1 – onion, chopped
• 3 tbsp – chopped Spinach leaves
• 2- Green chilli chopped
• 1 tsp – chopped Coriander leaves
• 1/2 tsp – salt
• 1/2 tsp – baking soda
• Oil for frying
Method:
- Mix all the above ingredients together (except the oil) to form a sticky batter.
- Heat the oil in a deep-frying pan till smoky.
- Drop in a tsp of batter at a time into the hot oil and fry till golden brown.
- Drain and serve with tomato sauce or chutney.
