Ingredients:

• 1 kg – small madras Onions
• 2 tsp – chilli powder
• 2 to 4 Lemons
• salt to taste

Method:

  1. Peel the outer skin of the onions and put them in a glass jar.
  2. Add chilli powder, salt and lime juice to it. Mix well.
  3. This can be ready within two three hours. Consume within two to three days.
