Ingredients:
• 2 – medium size Potato
• 3/4 cup – finely chopped Spring onions
• 6 slice – white bread
• 1/2 tsp – Garlic paste
• 1/2 tsp – Ginger
• 1 tsp – green chilly paste
• 1/2 tsp – soya sauce
• 1/2 cup – cheese
• Butter as required
• salt to taste
Method:
- Boil potatoes and after pealing the skin crush them.
- Add spring onion (chopped), ginger, garlic, green chilli, soya sauce, cheese and salt.
- Apply butter on one side of the bread.
- Keep potato and spring onion stuffing between the breads.
- Grill the sandwich.
- Serve with tomato sauce or coriander and green chilli chutney.
