Ingredients:

• 1 large onion, finely chopped
• 300 ml. béchamel sauce (white sauce)
• Pinch of Nutmeg
• Salt and pepper

Method:

  1. Cook the onion in boiling water until soft.
  2. Drain well, combine béchamel sauce, nutmeg and seasoning with the onion in a bowl.
  3. Keep the sauce in the fridge and use it within 2/3 days.
