
Ingredients:
• 3 – Bitter gourd
• 3 – medium-sized Onions
• 5 – Red Chillies
• 1 tsp – cumin
• Salt to taste
• 4 tbsp – oil
Method:
- Cut bitter gourd into two. Make two slits on each side.
- Saute them in 2 tsp oil and cook covered with a lid on low flame.
- Meanwhile grind onion, red chilli, cumin and salt to a coarse paste.
- Stuff this onion paste in the sauteed bitter gourd and saute on low flame again till done.
- Serve with steamed hot rice or warm chapattis.
