Ingredients:

• 2 cups – thick curds
• 1 – onion, chopped
• 1 – tomato, chopped
• 2 – green chillies, chopped
• 1 tsp – finely chopped Coriander leaves
• 1/2 tsp – Mustard Seeds powder (rai)
• 1/2 tsp – red chilly powder
• 1/2 tsp – roasted cumin
• salt to taste

Method:

  1. Beat curds till thick and creamy.
  2. Add chopped onion and tomato to curds.
  3. Add cut green chillies, finely chopped coriander leaves, red chilli powder, salt, cumin and mustard powder.
  4. Serve as a side dish.
