Ingredients:
• 2 cups – thick curds
• 1 – onion, chopped
• 1 – tomato, chopped
• 2 – green chillies, chopped
• 1 tsp – finely chopped Coriander leaves
• 1/2 tsp – Mustard Seeds powder (rai)
• 1/2 tsp – red chilly powder
• 1/2 tsp – roasted cumin
• salt to taste
Method:
- Beat curds till thick and creamy.
- Add chopped onion and tomato to curds.
- Add cut green chillies, finely chopped coriander leaves, red chilli powder, salt, cumin and mustard powder.
- Serve as a side dish.
