Ingredients:
• 1 tin – condensed Milk
• 1 tin – Milk
• 4 tsp – gelatine
• 1/2 cup – water
• 3 tbsp – Sugar
• 3 – eggs, separated
• Orange juice +Orange rind of 2 Oranges
• 2 tbsp – cocoa
• 1 tsp – vanilla essence
• 1/2 cup – fresh Cream
Method:
- Beat together milk, condensed milk, egg yolks and sugar till well blended.
- Double boil this mixture till it thickens into a thick custard. Remove the custard from heat. Dissolve gelatine in water and add to the hot custard. Cool the custard over a pan of ice cubes.
- Add fresh whipped cream. Beat the egg whites stiff and fold into the custard.
- Divide the mixture into two parts. Add cocoa into one part, orange juice and rind into other.
- Pour both mixtures alternately into dish and make ripples with a toothpick or knife. Refrigerate it till set.
