Ingredients:
• 250 g – Jaggery (Gud)
• 4 – Cardamom
• Dry Ginger – a small piece
• 1/2 – Lemon
• 4 glasses – chilled water
Method:
- Crush jaggery to powder.
- Dissolve it in 4 glasses of already chilled water.
- Crush cardamom and dry ginger. Add it to the mixture.
- Add a dash of lemon juice for flavour.
- Serve in tall glasses.
