Ingredients:

• 250 g – Jaggery (Gud)
• 4 – Cardamom
• Dry Ginger – a small piece
• 1/2 – Lemon
• 4 glasses – chilled water

Method:

  1. Crush jaggery to powder.
  2. Dissolve it in 4 glasses of already chilled water.
  3. Crush cardamom and dry ginger. Add it to the mixture.
  4. Add a dash of lemon juice for flavour.
  5. Serve in tall glasses.
