
Ingredients:
• 1 packet – paneer, lightly fried
• 1/2 cup – peas, boiled
• 2 – tomatoes, finely chopped.
• 2 – onions, finely chopped
• 5 – Green chillies
• 1/2 inch – Ginger
• 1/2 cup – shredded Coconut
• 3 tbsp – chilli powder
• 1/2 tbsp – coriander powder
• 1 tbsp – Garam Masala
• 1/2 tbsp – Turmeric powder
• vegetable oil
Method:
- Heat oil, fry the onions and green chillies lightly.
- Add the shredded coconut. Fry until light brown.
- Add all the powders and ginger. Fry for one or two minutes
- Add the tomatoes and salt. Add enough water to get a thick gravy.
- Add the pieces of fried paneer and the pre-boiled peas. Cook for a few mins. Serve hot.
