
Ingredients:
• 1 bunch – Palak (cleaned and chopped fine))
• 1 cup – Carrots (sliced in rounds)
• 1 cup – Peas
• 1 ) – Onion (optional – chopped)
• 1/2 tsp each – Jeera and Saunf (fennel seed)
• 1 tsp – Pav bhaji masala or Garam Masala
• 2 tbsp – Oil
• Salt as per taste
Method:
- Heat oil in a pan. Add jeera and saunf. Fry it.
- Add onions and fry it for sometime. Then add palak, carrots and peas.
- Cover it with a lid and let the vegetables cook.
- Once they are done, if there is still water remaining, fry the vegetables for sometime till the oil starts leaving the sides.
- Now add salt and the masala and stir it for some time and your yummy curry is ready to serve.
- Serve hot with chapatti or rice.
