Ingredients:
• 1 bunch-palak
• 3 – boiled Potatoes
• bread crumbs
• 1 tbsp – Ginger Garlic paste
• 1 tbsp – chilli coriander paste
• 1 tsp – Red Chilli powder
• 1 cup – Green peas
• 1 cup -rava
• salt
Method:
- Chop palak and boil it.
- Take a bowl, mash the potatoes in it and add bread crumbs.
- Add all the pastes and all the masalas.
- Add green peas, palak, salt and make a dough.
- Make small cutlets out of this.
- Take the rava in a plate and dip each cutlet in the rava so that rava covers the cutlet.
- Shallow-fry the cutlet on a low flame till well cooked.
- Serve with tamarind chutney or tomato ketchup.
