Ingredients:

• 1 bunch-palak
• 3 – boiled Potatoes
• bread crumbs
• 1 tbsp – Ginger Garlic paste
• 1 tbsp – chilli coriander paste
• 1 tsp – Red Chilli powder
• 1 cup – Green peas
• 1 cup -rava
• salt

Method:

  1. Chop palak and boil it.
  2. Take a bowl, mash the potatoes in it and add bread crumbs.
  3. Add all the pastes and all the masalas.
  4. Add green peas, palak, salt and make a dough.
  5. Make small cutlets out of this.
  6. Take the rava in a plate and dip each cutlet in the rava so that rava covers the cutlet.
  7. Shallow-fry the cutlet on a low flame till well cooked.
  8. Serve with tamarind chutney or tomato ketchup.
