
Ingredients:
• 1/2 bunch Palak
• 1/2 bunch Methi
• 1-2 Green chillies
• 1 tsp Red Chilli powder
• 1 tsp Turmeric powder
• 1 tsp Dhania Jeera powder
• 1 tbsp Lemon juice
• 1 cup atta 1 cup (wheat flour)
• 1/4 cup Bajra flour (optional)
• 1/4 cup jowari flour (optional)
• 1/4 cup nachni flour (optional)
• 1 tbsp sesame seeds (optional)
• Salt as per taste
• 1/2 tsp Sugar
• Oil for kneading
• Ghee
Method:
- Blanch the palak and methi.
- Once cooked, grind it in to paste with green chillies.
- Now mix all the flours and masalas along with lemon juice and sesame seeds.
- Then add to it salt and a little bit of oil.
- Add the paste of palak and methi and knead it very well.
- Make balls with the dough and roll it out and cook on a hot tawa.
- Apply ghee if you like.
- Enjoy it with pickle or tomato sauce.
