Ingredients:

• A bunch of Spinach
• 3-4 Potatoes (or raw Bananas), boiled
• 1/2 cup – Peas
• 1/2 cup – Paneer
• Coriander leaves, chopped
• Salt to taste
• 1.5 tsp – Red Chilli powder
• 1 tsp Garam Masala
• 2 tsps – Paste of Garlic, Ginger and chillies
• Oil for frying
• Batter of Maida with salt and water

Method:

  1. Take large leaves of spinach, wash and keep aside.
  2. Mash the potatoes or raw bananas.
  3. Mix mashed peas and grated paneer with potatoes and all other ingredients.
  4. Make oval shaped balls of it and keep aside.
  5. Take one spinach leaf, cut the stem, keep the ball at one side of the leaf and roll the leaf tightly.
  6. Dip in the batter of maida or gram flour.
  7. Then deep fry it and serve hot with green chutney or tomato sauce.
