Ingredients:
• A bunch of Spinach
• 3-4 Potatoes (or raw Bananas), boiled
• 1/2 cup – Peas
• 1/2 cup – Paneer
• Coriander leaves, chopped
• Salt to taste
• 1.5 tsp – Red Chilli powder
• 1 tsp Garam Masala
• 2 tsps – Paste of Garlic, Ginger and chillies
• Oil for frying
• Batter of Maida with salt and water
Method:
- Take large leaves of spinach, wash and keep aside.
- Mash the potatoes or raw bananas.
- Mix mashed peas and grated paneer with potatoes and all other ingredients.
- Make oval shaped balls of it and keep aside.
- Take one spinach leaf, cut the stem, keep the ball at one side of the leaf and roll the leaf tightly.
- Dip in the batter of maida or gram flour.
- Then deep fry it and serve hot with green chutney or tomato sauce.
