
Ingredients:
• 1 tsp – Butter
• 1/2 tsp – Cumin seeds
• pinch – Asafoetida
• 2 to 3 – dried whole Red Chillies
• Turmeric powder
• Red Chilli powder
• coriander powder
• salt to taste
• 1 cup – boiled vegetables (cauliflower, potatoes, peas, capsicum)
• 1/2 litre – Yoghurt (beat it gently)
• coriander leaves, finely chopped
Method:
- Heat butter.
- Add cumin seeds, asafetida, dried red chillies, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder, salt.
- Add the vegetables and the yoghurt.
- Reduce the flame, keep stirring slowly for 2 mins. remove from heat.
- Do not allow it to boil. Garnish with coriander leaves.
